The intention of the class is to focus on stretching and mindfulness, being more present in the body and building awareness of the muscles. Breathwork is also a key focus. This class gives you the space to connect to the breath and utilise that connection within your training techniques.

It’s the ideal class for recovery from training, as well as a good warm-up before a session. Jake’s style of teaching is perfect if you’re new to yoga.

goals of the class

The class is held 3 times a week, Mondays & Tuesdays at 10:30am and Tuesdays at 6pm. The classes are 45 mins long and the best contact for him is @jake.scottyoga. If you’re already a member, all Jake’s classes are included within your membership however you can also buy a class drop-in token if you’d like to come as a guest!

Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it on the right-hand side of the reception desk

Shower Essentials

Our bathrooms are equipped with shower gel and shampoo/conditioner but if you’d like to use our facilities please bring a towel.

Jake is a registered yoga teacher specializing in stress release, increased mobility, mindfulness, and strength building. He has practiced yoga for nearly 10 years and began teaching 3 years ago.
