Our signature WOD class is a hybrid mix of Crossfit and HIIT (high intensity interval training). Lead by our head trainer Mike Settle and Level Up PT Hannah Ashby, this class incorporates strength training and aerobic conditiong to a high-energy soundtrack.

The intention behind the class is to get people to challenge themselves and most importantly have fun! Boasting a fantastic community spirit and bursting with positive energy, the unique design of the class pushes people to achieve PB after PB.

WOD - WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Our signature WOD class is a hybrid mix of Crossfit and HIIT (high intensity interval training). Lead by our head trainer Mike Settle and Level Up PT Hannah Ashby, this class incorporates strength training and aerobic conditiong to a high-energy soundtrack.

The class is an hour long, with 30-45 min class generally of working time. There are 3 options for the workout, lower intensity options for the beginners.

LEVEL 1 - BEGINNER
LEVEL 2 - INTERMEDIATE
LEVEL 3 - ADVANCED

WOD emphasises variety in the movements each week, so it’s never the same. The popularity of the class speaks for itself, with over 30 members showing up each time - its absolutely worth a try! 


 "WOD is like the gym-version of going out. An hour of letting everything go and getting stuck in. It's essentially Crossfit made simple. Crossfit is a mixture of simple gymnastics, olympic lifting and conditioning/aerobic training. This class is also great as it has scaleability, meaning it's great for everyone and we have lower intensity options for beginners."

If you’re already a member, all you need to do is turn up! If you’re not yet a Level Up member but would like to try one of our classes, you can either grab one of our free day passes or purchase a class token.

Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it on the right-hand side of the reception desk

Shower Essentials

Our bathrooms are equipped with shower gel and shampoo/conditioner but if you’d like to use our facilities please bring a towel.

Mike Settle

Mike has over 10 years of fitness experience with a background in gymnastics and kickboxing at a competitive level.

His favourite things about WOD are the community spirit and positive energy of the class.
