If you're already a member, all you need to do is turn up! If you're not yet a Level Up member but would like to try one of our classes, you can either grab one of our free day passes or purchase a class token.

Shower Essentials
Our bathrooms are equipped with shower gel and shampoo/conditioner but if you’d like to use our facilities please bring a towel.

As an individual dedicated to personal growth, health and well-being Owain has been honing his skills through a decade of self-exploration.
This has been followed by a rewarding seven-year tenure as a personal trainer and four years as a CrossFit L1 Coach.
