This low-impact class focuses on lower body with specifically designed exercises aiming to improve strength, stability, balance and toning. LBT is a full-body aerobic toning workout that will make you work up a sweat. Designed to target common problem areas (legs, bums and tums), LBT classes will help you to build muscle and tone up.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

class time

If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the class. There will be an induction session.

Comfy workout clothes

A comfortable set of workout clothes will make your workout easier.

snack before exercise

We recommend a light carbohydrate snack so that you are full of energy.

Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it in our changing rooms.
