High intensity interval training is fantastic for your heart and your lungs, making them work harder and stronger. This class is suitable for all abilities as modifications can be given throughout.

bring a bottle
Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it on the right-hand side of the reception desk
Shower Essentials
Our bathrooms are equipped with shower gel and shampoo/conditioner but if you’d like to use our facilities please bring a towel.
If you’re already a member, all you need to do is turn up! If you’re not yet a Level Up member but would like to try one of our classes, you can either grab one of our free day passes or purchase a class token.
