A flow like state is defined as an optimal state of consciousness, where your feelings and performance are at your best. It involves being fully focused on what you are doing, so focused that everything else disappears and your mind goes quiet. This heightened attention allows your actions to happen with ease and is associated with many benefits such as correcting imbalances, augments optimal flexibility, and boosts muscle strength and balance, and holistic health.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

class time

If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the class. There will be an induction session.

Comfy workout clothes

A comfortable set of workout clothes will make your workout easier.

snack before exercise

We recommend a light carbohydrate snack so that you are full of energy.

Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it in our changing rooms.
