Joel comes from an extensive background in sports and fitness. From playing rugby professionally for Wigan and Salford to training with his clients in the gym, he has over 10 years of fitness training experience.
He specialises in strength training and conditioning along with creating excellent personalised nutritional plans for his clients.
Joel's training largely focuses on his client's mental and physical strength. Securing the mental discipline it takes to smash their goals along with providing consistent, enthusiastic support is what makes Joel's sessions different. His discipline and dedication to his own training along with his history in fitness gives him a solid foundation to help his clients become their best selves.
