biography

“Sport has always played an important role in my life. I started playing tennis at 12 and have been playing ever since. I represented my county in the Polish league for 6 years and for the past 3 years have been competing in the Southport League. Understanding the demands of this sport and knowing what is required to play at a competitive level combined with my qualifications, allow me to work with both and adult and junior players to help them improve their on-court performance.”

Training Style

“Even though tennis is a big part of my life, back in 2016 I found strength training and instantly fell in love with it. I love training, and it is my mission to help others fall in love with it too so it becomes a part of their everyday lives. I currently work with clients of various ages: from 7-67 year olds of different fitness levels and abilities. Their goals range from fat loss, muscle and strength gain and sports performance focus to confidence building and lifestyle change.Nutrition is also extremely important to me. After years of having a bad relationship with food which led to an eating disorder, I am now determined to educate others on the importance of a positive relationship with food.”
